肠道微生物组研究发现,速溶黑茶喂养的大鼠在门水平上显著改变了肠道微生物种类。与HFD相比,高剂量速溶黑茶(HIDT)显著提高了有益菌Akkermansia和Rikenellaceae_RC9的相对丰度,降低了有害菌Ruminococcaceae_UCG-005和Ruminiclostridium_9的相对丰度(p<0.01)。经研究表明,Akkermansia菌已被广泛认为与肥胖、糖尿病、炎症和代谢紊乱显著负相关。[1]口服巴氏灭活Akkermansia菌,可提高约30%的胰岛素敏感性,降低胰岛素血症和血浆总胆固醇。[2]
该研究进一步为速溶黑茶调节糖脂代谢的功能提供了有效的分子依据。
